2011 Golf Outing Ticket Form

The DRG Golf Committee is planning another great day for the Detroit Rubber Group and their guests.  The golf outing will be held at the Bay Pointe Golf Club on 4001 West Haggerty Road in West Bloomfield on Thursday, Septemebr 15, 2011.

This year we will have a shotgun start at 9:00 AM.  This will limit the field to 144 golfers so register now.  Teams will still consist of FOUR (4) golfers!

1. Door Prizes.  All golfers and dinner non-golfers are eligible to win door prizes. Tickets will be sold before and at the golf outing for $5.00 each.  You have to be present to win. The drawing will be during dinner at 3 PM.
2. 50 -50 Raffle.
3. Skins game open to play, closest to hole on par 3’s and longest drive on one hole.

Hole in One contest(s) on all four (4) par 3 holes.  Your entry fee is included in this year’s price so everyone will be eligible to win on any of the par 3 holes on the course.  Prizes or cash equivalent will be noted per each respectable hole. 

1. Remember:  Your participation creates proceeds that go to the DRG Scholarship Fund.

1. To provide a fair method of handling our anticipated group of members and guests, the following procedures will be used:
2. Detach and fill out the reservation blank and send to the address shown.  Please arrive early. Registration starts at 7:45 and the driving range is included. 
3. Please note on your reservation form a telephone number and name of the person to contact regarding the reservation.  Also, please identify the names of the people in your group.
4. The cost of carts is included in the “All Expense” price of $120.00 for this year’s outing. 
5. Please note that identification tickets will be used at the starter’s table and must be shown when you arrive at the Club.
6. There are excellent locker room facilities at the club.
7. Proper attire is required. 
8. Prizes will be awarded at the Afternoon Banquet for the following achievements:
   • Hole in One Contest on par 3’s. 
   • Team Low Scores (first 3 places + Team High Score).
   • Closest to the pin, longest drive, raffles and skins game.
9. Golf at Bay Pointe:
   Shotgun start at 9:00 AM.
   Outdoor Grill:  11:15 – 12:15 PM.
10. Cash Bar                                                                                             

• Dinner: 3:00 p.m. SHARP! - Awards/Prizes during dinner.                                                     
• The main course at dinner is Chicken.
